Q: What inspires your designs?
I'm deeply inspired by the beauty of nature, from the towering mountains to the delicate details of a flower. I also find inspiration in the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of creativity.
Q: What kind of metals do you use?
I primarily use sterling silver in my work. I may occasionally incorporate other metals like gold or bronze for accents, but the main focus will always be high-quality sterling silver.
Q: Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
For the most part, yes. I do the best I can to prioritize using ethically sourced gemstones whenever possible. I work with reputable suppliers who share my commitment to responsible practices.
Q: Do you offer custom jewelry?

Q: How should I care for my Mend Metalworks jewelry?
To keep your Mend Metalworks jewelry looking its best, gently polish it with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
Q: Where do you ship? How long do I have to wait for my new piece to arrive?
I'll ship anyplace that receives mail (shipping costs are calculated at check-out). Most in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, and made-to-order pieces have specific information in listings. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the complexity of the design. We will communicate the estimated timeframe with you upon receiving your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Mend Metalworks jewelry! Unworn, undamaged items can be returned for a full refund, but please do the following:
- Contact me within three days of delivery with your request and reason,
- Ship back within 7 days of delivery in original conditions and packaging,
- Shipping costs will be incurred for both directions,
- Custom pieces are the exception and cannot be returned.

Q: How the heck do I figure out my ring size?
The best and most accurate way is to stop by a local jewelry shop and have them size your finger. If you are buying for someone else, you might try to borrow a ring you know fits them well and take it to the jeweler; they can help. Otherwise, you can reference this handy online tool at http://findmyringsize.com.
Q: Can you resize my ring if I buy it and it doesn't fit?
Most of my rings CANNOT be resized due to the complicated process involved in doing a resize. I will list it in the description if a ring CAN be resized; generally, you are safe to assume that it cannot. If you think you've found a ring that will work and it can be resized, please communicate with me prior to purchase and we can discuss it. I require an additional fee for resizing, which can be up to $100, depending on the type of stone and amount of work involved. Please reach out with questions if you have them. Happy to help.
