Shipping

Here at Mend, we want to get your new treasures to you as quickly as possible! Here's a breakdown of shipping times:

  • Domestic Orders: In-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days and take as long to arrive, via USPS First Class mail (think speedy snail mail!). Holidays and weather can sometimes cause delays, but don't worry, we'll keep you posted.
  • International Orders: Patience is a virtue! International shipping generally takes 1-6 weeks. We're not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that your country might charge (those are on you, babe).

Need it Fast?

Need a piece in a hurry? Shoot us an email with your order number and desired arrival date. We'll see if we can whip up some shipping magic for you! Just remember, express or priority mail doesn't guarantee it'll ship right away - it just speeds things up once it hits the post office.

International Shipping

We love sending Mend all over the world! However, don't forget that you might be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes when it arrives in your country. Best to check with your local post office for more info on that.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Oops! If you think your package might be lost or stolen, let us know! We'll do our best to help track it down. All orders over $150 automatically come with insurance, but if you want extra peace of mind for something under $150, just add a note to your order and we can add it on for a small fee. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or discounts for lost packages unless they were insured. But hey, at least we can try to find it together!

Returns

Your happiness is our top priority! If something isn't quite right with your Mend creation, don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to offer refunds or other solutions depending on the situation (just shoot us an email!).

Here are a few things to keep in mind for returns:

  • Contact me within three days of delivery with your request and reason.
  • Ship back within 7 days of delivery in original conditions and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for returned items (gotta keep the lights on!).
  • Custom orders and sale items are unfortunately not eligible for returns or exchanges.
