Refund policy

We want you to love your Mend Metalworks jewelry! Unworn, undamaged items can be returned for a full refund, but please do the following:

• Contact me within three days of delivery with your request and reason,
• Ship back within 7 days of delivery in original conditions and packaging,
• Shipping costs will be incurred for both directions (whatever that cost was), along with processing fees of $15. 
• Custom pieces are the exception and cannot be returned
