The Mend Metalworks electronic gift card is here. Gift cards arrive via email to the email address specified in checkout. The recipient can then use the card for purchases on any items in the online store.
Mend Metalworks gift cards are redeemable for merchandise or to use toward custom builds at mend metalworks.com. If a custom build is desired, please contact me directly via email to proceed with options. Purchaser is responsible for providing a deliverable and accurate email address for the recipient. Delivery of gift cards is electronic and is subject to payment authorization barring any difficulties. A plastic gift card will not be sent; however, if you prefer to have a hand-written gift card/note sent in addition to the electronic card, please let me know. I am more than happy to do this as well.

Return Policy
We want you to love your Mend Metalworks jewelry! Unworn, undamaged items can be returned for a full refund, but please do the following:
- Contact me within three days of delivery with your request and reason,
- Ship back within 7 days of delivery in original conditions and packaging,
- Shipping costs will be incurred for both directions,
- Custom pieces are the exception and cannot be returned. We will work with you to ensure your piece is exactly what you want before it ships!
