• gently polish it with a soft, non-abrasive polishing cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place.
• We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or any rowdy adventuring!

We want you to love your Mend Metalworks jewelry! Unworn, undamaged items can be returned for a full refund, but please do the following:

• Contact me within three days of delivery with your request and reason,
• Ship back within 7 days of delivery in original conditions and packaging,
• Shipping costs will be incurred for both directions,
• Custom pieces are the exception and cannot be returned. We will work with you to ensure your piece is exactly what you want before it ships!

Rings cannot be sized down, but may be sized up by 1/2 size (in some cases a full size). Please email me if this applies.
